The Newburgh Inn is a large site over two floors.
There is a pub & restaurant area, a separate function room and a third trading area that is currently used as the public bar with a pool table, darts & live sports.
All are in good condition and brightly decorated.
There is a full catering kitchen to support the popular food offer and carvery.
The 10 letting rooms are en suite with power showers and have a contemporary Scottish theme, there is a mix of twin and double rooms.
Externally, The Newburgh Inn is an impressive, welcoming building with car parking to the front and back.
