Refurbishment to traditional Aberdeen community pub.

The Area

The Carlton Bar is located on Castlegate Square in Aberdeen, a historic area that was once the site of the castle and a hub for merchants. The square is now being redeveloped and is home to shops, restaurants and pubs. The pub benefits from a surrounding population of 5,296 within a 10-minute walk and 22,611 within 20 minutes. The customer base is primarily younger adults. Situated just a 9-minute walk from Aberdeen train station, it’s well connected for both locals and visitors.

The Offer

The Carlton Bar is available on our investment tenancy agreement. Click here for more information on this agreement.

This refurbishment will completely revive a tired and outdated site, creating a traditional community pub with a welcoming atmosphere. The drinks line-up will include recognisable brands such as Cruz, Fosters, Tennents, Guinness, Strongbow and Strongbow Dark Fruit. Entertainment will focus on sports (Premier League and terrestrial), quizzes and live music.

Attitude is more valuable than experience. If you’ve got the following, we’d love to hear from you.
