The Jolly Potters is a well-established business situated on Hartshill Road which is the main road running between Stoke and Newcastle. Sitting on a prominent corner site and close to local amenities, The Jolly Potters is a popular venue with locals looking for that perfect drink in a friendly, welcoming environment. It is also part of the famous pub circuit known locally as Harthill Mile. The Pub is set out across five rooms all serviced by a central bar. This includes a lounge with log burning stove, a bar area and a separate games room with darts board and pool table all with ample mixed and loose seating. All rooms are in a tradable condition but may benefit from a refresh of paint. Large screen televisions are situated throughout the pub.

The Jolly Potters has a fantastic beer garden to the rear of the pub with bench-style seating.
