Trading Area & Facilities

It is an open plan layout with a large trading area decorated traditionally. It has a lot of natural light with a sunroom overlooking the large beer garden. The sunroom provides a space for dining and it has a welcoming atmosphere that can be enjoyed by the whole community.

The large grassed outdoor trading area with picnic tables and benches has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. There is a patio area at the side of the building with additional; picnic-style benches. The car park is to the side of the building

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
Note that on FRI Agreements deposits will always be 3 month's rent in advance and fixtures and fittings (F&F) must always be purchased.
