Trading areas and facilities
The external and signage will be redecorated where required as will the internal trade areas and toilets. A new TV & Sound system will be installed to facilitate sports viewing throughout, and the domestic accommodation will receive a full redecoration.
Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.
Private accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, a living room, office and reception room.
With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit.
