The Shroppie Fly is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium food and drink range that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process. A full refurbishment is planned to help you drive trade. 

The pub is located in the town of Audlem, close to Nantwich. The pub is surrounded by housing and benefits from a canalside position on the Shropshire Union Canal, attracting both locals and visitors. The pub benefits from being one of three pubs found in an area of around 1,120 adults within a 10-minute walk time. The local customer base is made up of mature residents (44% retired), midlife carefree households, and some families with young children.

Tourism is also significant, with around 30% of visitors travelling from 6-20 miles to reach the pub.
