Trading Area & Facilities

Internally there are two trading rooms serviced by one main bar, a catering kitchen suitable for providing up to 50 covers and 5 letting rooms. The site is currently closed with the decor and quality of the fixtures and fittings in a poor condition but this will be covered under the proposed refurbishment for the site

Externally there is parking spaces for 4 cars, no garden/smoking area but we will be looking at that through the pending investment. Looking to create an amazing outside space.

Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Where a significant investment is made in a pub by Star Pubs & Bars, an "Investment Exemption" will be required. The exemption means that the option of a Market Rent Option lease won't be available at rent review for a period of up to seven years for this site, as per The Pub Code (2016). '
