Furnished throughout in a charming rustic style, the Goats Head, in the heart of the affluent village of Abbots Bromley, is a beautiful 16th century pub enhanced by exposed beams, period-style lighting, artwork, and a roaring log fire on colder nights. Abbots Bromley is most famous for its Horn Dance, a unique and ancient annual event that dates back to the Middle Ages huge crowds gather to watch the magic unfold.

Trading Area & Facilities

We are looking to retain the traditional feel to the Goat Head which we aim to do by implementing a mix of decorative texturised fabrics and wall coverings throughout the pub, new furniture (carefully selected to match the pubs overall aesthetic) and by repairing but retaining the existing timber flooring to compliment the history of the building. The main bar servery will be retained, repaired and redecorated on both sides, facing the bar area and the dining area.

Externally, we are looking to offer a new and unique experience for customers. Certain parts of the gardens will be revealed as the customer journey continues through the garden, adding the element of surprise of discovering the large lawn area. All of these spots will be redecorated in colour and light, contract to the interior feel. There will also be a new bar servery.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
