Trading Area & Facilities

The pub has a traditional bar and lounge layout with one central bar feeding both sides. There is a separate pool/games room and a function room that s been recently refurbished with its own bar facility. This function room can accommodate 60-80 people, and there is scope and opportunity to grow the rooms trade at this site. Some local businesses in the area have used the room for meeting purposes, and it would make a great venue for parties and events. As there is no catering kitchen at this site, an operator could create a simple back bar offer to provide light bites at these events.

Outside, there are external seating areas at the front and side of the building, and on-site parking for 8 cars.
