The Royal Oak Inn Brockham is a traditional English pub, located in the quintessentially English village of Brockham overlooking the village green.  Brockham has become renowned for its annual celebration of Guy Fawkes Night. Dating back to the 1880s, its huge bonfire and display are enjoyed by up to 20,000 people every year. This Pub will have a strong focus on the local community, offering a premium drinks range, including great quality cask ales, alongside excellent English pub fayre.

Trading Area & Facilities

The outside area consists of half a dozen benches at the front and when moving to the back garden there are an additional 20 benches. The site offers a Single bar operation with a small trade kitchen right in the heart of the pub. In the Bar area there is room for 15 covers and when moving through to the dining area there is space for an additional 40 covers. The pub also has a large car park to the rear which has space for around 20 vehicles.

Below ground in the cellar nestles a tree stump, now cut off at ground level, believed to be the original oak itself after which the pub is named.

 

Private Accommodation

The pub’s private accommodation consists of three bedrooms (one is currently set up as an office), a kitchen, bathroom and a further self-contained area with one bed and bath.
