Situated within residential area of Sheffield, The Everest Inn is a popular community pub with an established drinks trade. With a high volume of adults in the nearby area and aspirational demographics this is the perfect pub for a mainstream community offer with an appealing food menu. Our Just Add Talent agreement is perfect for a first time pub operator. You may be from a management background in hospitality or retail - what matters is your passion for great customer service and your ability to lead and motivate a team of staff. Prior experience in a team leadership role will be essential. A knowledge of the local area will also be preferred for this pub.

Just Add Talent is a lower risk and high support agreement which offers a 'foot in the door' to the leased and tenanted industry. With fixed in goings of only £4,000, you will be given the support and training you need to develop your skills and run a successful pub with Star Pubs & Bars.

Trading Area & Facilities

We plan to refurbish the pub to a high standard. Inside, the interior design will be modern yet welcoming, with separate areas for both drinking and dining. Booth style seating, along with new flooring and decorative features will be added.

Outside, we will create an appealing beer garden with a children's play area.

Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Where a significant investment is made in a pub by Star Pubs & Bars, an "Investment Exemption" will be required. The exemption means that the option of a Market Rent Option lease won't be available at rent review for a period of up to seven years for this site, as per The Pub Code (2016).

Private Accommodation

Private accommodation at the pub consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small office area. In line with our Ready To Trade Promise, we will ensure that the necessary works are completed on the private accommodation so that you can focus on getting the business right.
