About the pub

Bull is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium drinks range that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events.

A full refurbishment of this pub is planned to help you drive trade. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Located in Horley, Surrey, the pub sits in a strong community setting close to Gatwick Airport. Around 4,327 adults live within a 10-minute walk, providing a significant local catchment, while there are no competing pubs within a 10-minute walk. Although there are other pubs across Horley and its high street, this gives Bull a great opportunity to establish itself as a go-to local.
