Trading Area & Facilities

The lounge bar and snug areas will be refurbished with new seating, wood flooring and carpets.  Conversion of a currently disused room into a dedicated sports area with big screens, dart boards and a pool table.  In the bar a new wall opening will be created to connect the lounge and sports areas.

Works to the exterior will include new horizontal timber cladding to both sides and a new front door.

There is a spacious garden to the rear of the pub with ample seating allowing for plenty more customers to visit and enjoy a drink outside during the warmer months of the year.

Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Where a significant investment is made in a pub by Star Pubs & Bars, an "Investment Exemption" will be required. The exemption means that the option of a Market Rent Option lease won't be available at rent review for a period of up to seven years for this site, as per The Pub Code (2016).

The private accommodation at the Bull & Bush consists of three bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, office, and where required there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars Ready to Trade promise.
