Nestled just outside of the village of Ripponden and close to the M62, The Beehive is a lovely country pub. The surrounding area is fairly affluent and consists of families and mature professionals - meaning there is ample opportunity for the right operator to build upon the already established food offer. Visitors to the pub currently enjoy a premium pub food menu in a cosy welcoming setting. The pub also has a small beer garden and a good sized car park.

Trading Area & Facilities

The interior of The Beehive has a cosy feel to it with its real fireplace and traditional design. There is a variety of seating options available to customers which includes booths and high stools. The bar in the main section of the pub is large, allowing it to service the entire premises. There is a separate seating area which can be used as a dining room. There is a large kitchen onsite also.

Externally, the pub is in a traditional country pub style and looks quite appealing in the summer months due to its floral hanging baskets. There is a good sized car park to the side of the property and a small beer garden to the rear.

Private Accommodation

Private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Where required there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars Ready to Trade promise.
