The pub is one of three pubs found in an area of around 2850 adults. The customer base is diverse, comprising local workers, commuters, and families. The majority of visitors are local residents, accounting for 61% of the total audience. Footfall is highest during weekends and in the evenings, reflecting strong community engagement.
