About the pub:

The Station Bar is a welcoming community pub providing great value drinks and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get-togethers. A full refurbishment is planned to help you drive trade.

The Station Bar is located in the town of Helensburgh, close to East Princes Street and the train station. The pub is surrounded by local shops, restaurants, and residential streets.

The refurbishment will include internal redecoration throughout, a refreshed bar servery and lounge area, and refurbished customer toilets. External works will retain the existing signage and lighting, with added outdoor planting and improved amenity.

The Station Bar will be undergoing a refurbishment which will cover the internal trading areas of the pub.

The pub’s trading area and facilities post refurbishment will be:

  • HEINEKEN SmartDispense®

Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.
