Mountbatten Southampton

Community Hub

Occupying a prime site, the Mountbatten pub is adjacent to a local parade of shops, in the middle of Lordshill District Centre. Located in a profitable catchment area of price conscious families and due to its proximity to a steady stream of passing shoppers, this site presents an excellent opportunity for an operator to build a loyal customer base.

Currently, the pub is primarily drinks led with a focus on entertainment and a sports schedule. The future vision for this site is to enhance trade through the introduction of a simple snack offer, while maintaining a steady sports & events led rhythm of the week. Star Pubs & Bars, in conjunction with food partners can offer a comprehensive food package which will assist in the creation of a profitable snack offer.

Energetic Entrepreneur Wanted

Built in the 1980's, the Mountbatten is a large, red brick venue with clear signage to attract passers by. A large communal car park can be found at the front of the site. Outdoor trading could be further enhanced with the addition of more seats and some plants to soften the look and attract weary shoppers on sunny summer days.
