The pub is 4 miles from Wolverhampton and 6 miles from Dudley.  Also close to Stourbridge. The pub is located near industrial parks and residential housing.

The pub benefits from being one of 3 pubs found in an area of around 2515 adults. The main customer base is made up of employed and retired adults over 45.

The food will make up 10/15 % of the pubs total sales.   You can drive trade through well thought out live entertainment, darts, and live sports.
