We are looking for someone who can embrace the locals, build a community atmosphere and drive trade through food, sports and weekend entertainment.

Inside the pub, there are two large open rooms that include a main lounge and a games room that both lead to the main bar. In both areas, there is room for up to 60 covers allowing room for plenty of guests to enjoy the food on offer. The large windows at the front of the pub allow for a lot of natural light to enter the main lounge area making it a very bright and well-lit room.

Externally, the pub has a traditional pub facade. There is an open-plan outside seating area which is clearly visible to passers-by. In addition to the main outside spot at the front, there is a large garden area at the rear of the venue. A large car park at the front can hold up to 20 cars.

Private Accommodation

Private accommodation is situated above the pub. This consists of four bedrooms, two kitchens a living room. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition, so that you can focus on your business.
