Farmers Boy Rushall

Traditional Community Local

Featuring a prominent corner position in a busy residential area, the Farmers Boy is well placed to become a hub of the local community. With 5000 locals within walking distance but near enough to the town centre to benefit from passing trade, it really is the best of both worlds.

Although this is a wet led pub at the moment, the locals are calling out for a good value food menu and with a small catering kitchen and excellent external trade areas, there is a great opportunity to cash in on this market. Gaming machines and traditional pub games also provide a generous revenue opportunity for the pub.

The Just Add Talent model comes with a tried and tested food and drinks offer. You can find all of the information on this model at
