Situated in Yeadon town centre just off of the main pub strip, The Crown is a traditional drinker's pub with a focus on cask ales. The right operator for The Crown will have the ability and drive to tap into this customer base and widen The Crown's appeal - the surrounding area is popular with locals and can be quite lively during the weekend.

Although the pub does not currently serve food, there is potential to introduce a small food offer in the future. One of the main draws at The Crown is its private beer garden which is not only a good size but is designed to a good standard. There is a small, snug like games room in the pub and car parking available across the road.

The Crown is a traditional two room operation with the front space function as a drinker's lounge and the rear as a games room.

There is a good sized, appealing beer garden on site.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The property is generously sized and has been well maintained throughout. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, if required the appropriate works will be carried out.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
