Cask Ale Pub

The Crown is a well maintained pub situated in Yeadon town centre just off the main pub strip, close to a local shopping high street. Due to this location, weekend trade is particularly strong.

The Crown is a traditional cask ale pub however recently it has began to draw a more varied clientele due to a recent small refurbishment that refreshed the interior and created a cosy courtyard style beer terrace.

Although the pub does not currently serve food, there is potential to introduce a small food offer in the future.

Ambitious Operator Wanted

We are keen to partner with an ambitious operator who has the ability to not only maintain current trade, but appeal to a wider customer base. Using your marketing skills, you will grow your business in partnership with Star Pubs & Bars. Knowledge of cask ale is preferred and we would expect the next operator to have great retail standards.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Crown is a traditional two room operation with the front space function as a more casual lounge, and the rear as a games room. The site is complimented with two traditional inset fireplaces, making it great for the winter months, and the pub is in great condition.

There is a good sized, recently refurbished, appealing beer garden on site with a covered area to ensure it could be utilised throughout the year.

Private Accommodation

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The property is generously sized and has been well maintained throughout. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, if required the appropriate works will be carried out.

In order to ensure a successful start-up, all applicants must have a minimum £10,000 un-borrowed funds.
The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
Note that on FRI Agreements deposits will always be 3 month's rent in advance and fixtures and fittings (F&F) must always be purchased.

A deposit of 6 month's rent will be required for operators trading under a Limited Company with no Guarantors.
