About the pub

Camden Road Arms brings people together over premium drinks and live events in stylish surroundings where energy builds from day to night.

A full refurbishment of this pub is planned to help you drive trade. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

The pub occupies a high-footfall town centre location opposite Camden Road Overground station and close to Camden High Street, benefiting from plenty of passing traffic as well as nearby office blocks and student accommodation. There are 21,276 adults living within a 10-minute walk of the pub, while the surrounding area has a vibrant hospitality scene with four competing pubs offering a mix of different menus and offers.

The local demographic is predominantly aged 18-34, with the location well placed to attract local residents, students, office workers and people passing through the area.

The offer

The food currently makes up 18% of the pub's total sales, equating to around £3,000 per week.
