Victoria Hornsea

Popular Pub, Seaside Setting!

The Victoria can be found in the small seaside town of Hornsea in the East Riding of Yorkshirea with sandy beaches, a traditional promenade and the usual resort attractions. Taking pride of place in a prominent position on the main route into the town, this popular pub benefits from a recent refurbishment, completed to a high standard a year and a half ago. Being a popular tourist spot, the catchment area is made up of large camping sites to the north and south of the town. There are also residential properties close by.

We are looking to maintain and grow the strong food, drink and letting accommodation offer. Introducing entertainment and local events would boost trade even further.

Ideal Opportunity!

You would be at a distinct advantage if you are already experienced in a strong food and drink operation and have the knowledge to run an efficient letting rooms business. If you have, please come and talk to us.

Financial support offered worth £750 per month for the first 5 months of the term (worth £3,750 total) giving a year one rent of £18250 and £22,000 pa thereafter, subject to approval.
