The Tolbooth Tavern is one of the oldest pubs in Edinburgh and is part of an historic building situated right in the middle of the iconic Royal Mile. You don't get locations much better than this! You have the Royal Palace of Holyrood and Scottish Parliament at the bottom of the mile and the world famous Edinburgh Castle at the top! Edinburgh Castle is Scotland's most, and the UK's second most visited attraction so footfall is heavy on the Royal Mile. Combined with the fact that The Tolbooth Tavern is a tourist attraction in itself and you have a great base to build your pub business on.
