The Tipsy Laird consists of a pub that can also cater for food, there is an Olde World Charm here with a wood burner and lots of natural finishes. The catering kitchen is well equipped and maintained to a high standard and the pub provides space for circa 50 covers.

Upstairs there is a three room 'Bunkhouse' that accommodate between 6 & 10 beds. There is a fourth room that can either be utilised for letting or as a Managers flat.

The Tipsy Laird would benefit from some investment.

Externally, the pub is in a prominent locations and although it does not have a dedicated Car Park, there is plenty of on street parking nearby. The is a nice beer garden to the rear.
