Building on the character of the existing building, the structural works will transform The Thistle Tavern into the perfect community pub with a new lease of life. Its brand-new expanded kitchen will also enable a new and exciting menu that will accommodate the additional covers created. Together with the new colour scheme and transitional interior design, The Thistle Tavern will be transformed into a traditional yet stylish pub with a modern look and feel and friendly atmosphere. Currently a two room site, we will transform the pub in to one large space that can be zoned.

The Thistle Tavern will become a very attractive pub where customers will love to spend their time, no matter what the occasion. The new outside areas, food menu and quality selection of drinks, including premium beer, spirits, wine, cocktails and coffee will draw in an affluent and vibrant clientele. To further tap into the community, the pub will also boast the facilities to host live sport and quality entertainment.
