Trading Area & Facilities

Internally, this pub currently has two main trading spaces the public bar and a separate lounge area. The main bar area is spacious, seating around 60 covers, while the lounge has its own bar. There is also a function room and a dedicated games space where sky sports is shown.

Externally there s a small drinking area with wooden benches to the rear of the building and spaces to accommodate parking.

The Planned refurbishment will transform the Thistle Tavern, inside and out.

Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process and where investment is provided by Star Pubs & Bars this negates the option to rent Fixtures & Fittings.
