The Royal Oak attracts customers at the weekend with regular events including live music, quiz nights and auctions.

We are looking for a community operator to build a strong team spirit and daytime food offer at this local pub. Basic catering skills would be an advantage at this site, although the pub would also suit an inexperienced operator. An interest in teams and local community activity is important and you'll be keen to get involved in local life.

The trading areas of the Royal Oak are in good condition, with a central bar servery. In addition the pub has a great dedicated pool/sports area which helps to support weekday trade.

The catering kitchen also provides an opportunity to introduce a daytime food offer, focusing on a small and appropriate selection of traditional dishes.

Outside, there are parking spaces for up to five vehicles as well as fixed benches for approximately five benches.
