Trading Area & Facilities

After our planned investment, the pub will be transformed into the perfect space for friends and family to gather together. The lay out will be open plan, with a variety of comfortable seating options available to guests. There will also be a space dedicated for pub games such as pool.

Outside, the pub will be given a refresh so that it has more kerb appeal - this will include oak cladding, new signage and an attractive patio area for guests to enjoy a cold pint on a warm day.

Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Where a significant investment is made in a pub by Star Pubs & Bars, an "Investment Exemption" will be required. The exemption means that the option of a Market Rent Option lease won't be available at rent review for a period of up to seven years for this site, as per The Pub Code (2016).
