Situated within the heart of a large housing area on the outskirts of Rotherham, The Reresby Arms will be transformed into a brilliantly modern community pub. With over 5,000 adults living in the local area and great demographics for a mainstream pub, the local area is crying out for a hub of the community.

The pub will offer an appealing mainstream pub food menu and a variety of drinks including cocktails and coffee. Widescreen TVs will display the latest live sports and a dedicated area for pub games such as darts will provide opportunity to develop local sports teams. With the ability to service up to 115 covers, there will be a variety of seating options available to guests.

Outside, there will be not only a welcoming beer garden but also a child's play area. With plenty of outdoor seating available, this space has the potential to be a real hot spot during the warmer summer months.

Trading Area & Facilities

Star Pubs & Bars have big plans for The Reresby including a full refurbishment to create a modern mainstream pub that the whole community can enjoy. Inside, the pub will be open plan and serviced from one main bar. There will be a variety of seating option available to visitors along with an area dedicated to pub games such as darts.

A new child's play area will be built outside in the beer garden, and there will be space for outdoor seating also.


Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Where a significant investment is made in a pub by Star Pubs & Bars, an "Investment Exemption" will be required. The exemption means that the option of a Market Rent Option lease won't be available at rent review for a period of up to seven years for this site, as per The Pub Code (2016).
