Regent Inn Mount Pleasant

Eye-catching Art Deco Pub

The Regent Inn is a wonderful example of 1930's Art Deco design, located on the main road pub in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent. Set back from the road and nestled amongst apartments and houses, the pub enjoys great support from the residents around it. The catchment area is made up of young families living in rented homes who enjoy socialising in a "value for money" venue.

Currently the pub does offer some light snacks for both lunch time and evening meals but there is ample room to greatly improve this food offer and changing the menu, to appeal to a broader customer base. Real Ales are provided on tap in this spacious pub, an offer which should be enhanced and maintained to encourage custom from cask ale aficionados. Popular for darts competition and pub games, this venue should appeal to an operator looking to win the hearts and minds of the community it serves.

Creative Community Operator Wanted

Are you a passionate and vibrant operator? Do you have previous catering experience? If so, we would love to hear from you. You will also need to demonstrate business management skills such as people management, financial management and customer service.

The Estimated Licensee Fixtures & Fittings (F&F) Value assumes that the pub will be let on a Rolling Tenancy or Business Start-Up Agreement, where we own the majority of the F&F. The F&F Value for Full Repairing & Insuring Leases will be significantly more.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.

***** Estimated Legal Fees is a charge applied to your account by SP&B for creation of your Lease. You are required to engage and pay for your own solicitor - your solicitor's fees are not included in the above estimate

Initial costs for a Fully Repairing and Insuring lease will be higher as rent is invoiced monthly in advance and all fixtures and fittings must be purchased
