Trading Area & Facilities

Internally The Red Lion is a one room bar operation, with a small area next to the service bar that is currently used as an office space. The pub is decorated with warm colours and comfortable seating throughout. A pool table is situated in a designated games area along with a darts board to keep your games enthusiasts occupied and smiling whilst quenching their thirst.

Externally there is a small beer garden to the rear of the property, which offers wooden tables and benches.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
