Trading Area & Facilities

Internally the pub is of a traditional layout with one long bar servicing all clearly zoned areas. There is an area to the rear of the property where live entertainment is performed, with a dance floor for those lively customers who want to join in and enjoy themselves. A quieter lounge area with comfortable seating is accessed through a squared arch way and is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy a drink with friends. There is an area set aside for traditional pub games with a pool table and gaming machine.

Externally the pub is highly visible from the street with clear signage advertising it as a live music venue. To the rear is a an outside trading area with bench style seating, part of which is under cover giving shelter from the elements.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom and a lounge and where required there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars Ready to Trade Promise.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
