The Plough is a traditional pub, located in the village of East Hendred. A charming Tudor style building, the site benefs from a fantastic beer garden and car park. Traditional, rustic features can be found throughout such as an open fire and original beamed ceilings. Internally, the site features a one bar operation with a defined dining area and seating by the open fire. There is a catering kitchen with the opportunity to serve a simple food menu for 45 covers.

Externally, there is a large outside drinking area to enjoy a drink in the summer days with amble space for pub games in the garden. The pub also benefits from a car park for 25 cars.

The private accommodation at the Plough consists of four bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. In line with our 'Ready To Trade Promise', should any works be required, we will ensure your private accommodation is in good order so that you can focus your energy on getting business right.

The Estimated Licensee Fixtures & Fittings (F&F) Value assumes that the pub will be let on a Rolling Tenancy or Business Start-Up Agreement, where we own the majority of the F&F. The F&F Value for Full Repairing & Insuring Leases will be significantly more.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
