Trading Area & Facilities

The Phoenix is currently a traditional looking and pub with a lard galley type bar and split level drinking area with large screens for TV Sports coverage. There is an adjoined basement bar, complete with it's own entrance and toilets that can be used as a function area.

The planned refurbishment will be a total transformation of the pub and will introduce a catering kitchen as there is a great opportunity to introduce food to The Phoenix.

Externally, the pub stands proud on a the very busy Broughton Street in City Centre Edinburgh with York Place and Princes Street ten minutes walk in one direction, and the New Town and Botanics ten minutes walk in the other direction.

Any refurbishments are subject to final board approval and please note, due to the nature of the investment from Star Pubs & Bars, we are unable to offer F&F rental or deposit build up on this pub.
