The Pack Horse is a two storey venue located on busy Woodhouse Lane. The pub is only a stone's throw from Leed's University and is close to a variety of other pubs, eateries and shops. Many students and young professionals live and work close to the pub.

The pub will require a calendar of appealing events to drive trade such as DJs, live bands and beer festivals. As a multi-room operation, the pub can also cater to private events.

Although The Pack Horse is predominately a drinks led business, there is scope for an ambitious operator to introduce a simple bar snacks menu as another revenue stream.
