Trading Area & Facilities

The Old Oak is currently a two room operation with a main bar area and a smaller room that accommodates the pool table, sports teams and can be adapted for functions.

The decor needs to be refreshed and there is a transformational refurbishment planned for the site. The kitchen is currently small and this is reflected in the menu, however, once the kitchen is extended we would expect a more extensive casual dining offer to be introduced.

Externally the Old Oak is set slightly back from the road and boasts both a Car Park and an Outside Trading Area. New signage and lighting will be included as part of the planned refurbishment.

Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process and where investment is provided by Star Pubs & Bars this negates the option to rent Fixtures & Fittings.
