Beautiful Traditional Country Pub

The Noel Arms is a very traditional country pub with old world character and charm, situated in Langham, Rutland just off the main road to Melton Mowbray. It has wooden beams throughout with beautiful period stone flooring and open fire places. It is very popular with local families who enjoy a homely meal in a cosy well laid out restaurant serving lunches and evening meals. There is a beer garden to the rear which is often filled with ramblers enjoying a refreshment and meal while passing through the village on one of the many walking routes that run near Langham.

The Noel Arms currently has two en- suite bedrooms that are let out on a B&B basis. There isan opportunity to upgrade a further three to take advantage of being a few miles away from Rutland Water which boasts some of the best Trout Fishing in the country. Rutland Water also has a wide range of water sports as well as a World famous bird viewing sanctuary and home of an annual Bird fair.

Trading Area & Facilities

Internally, the Noel Arms has an open plan trading area with low ceilings and beams. However, this consists of several separate segmented areas including a spacious restaurant area. There is a fully equipped catering kitchen to serve hot and cold meals

Externally, there is a beer garden to the rear of the building.

There is the possibility of Star Pubs & Bars refurbishing this site, however, these plans are in the very early stages.
