Trading Area & Facilities

Internally, Nelsons Tavern is a one bar operation, a large open room that's slightly segregated with columns, with capacity for 100 patrons. The fixtures and fittings are a mixture of loose and fixed seating all in good condition. The decor has a traditional British pub look to it. It also has a pool table, dart board and jukebox.

There is a small external drinking area with benches and a separate smoking shelter. Nelsons Tavern also has a car park with 10 spaces.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition, so that you can focus on your business.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
Note that on FRI Agreements deposits will always be 3 month's rent in advance and fixtures and fittings (F&F) must always be purchased.

A deposit of 6 month's rent will be required for operators trading under a Limited Company with no Guarantors.
