Trading Area & Facilities

Monty's is split across two floors that can effectively be operated as two separate but complimentary businesses. The pub on the ground floor has a cosy feel and because the kitchen is positioned behind the bar, it can be easily operated. There are between 30-50 covers depending on the seating configuration and the current casual dining menu goes down very well. the pub is a fixture on the local drinking circuit and was invested in relatively recently, so is in good order and nicely decorated in a contemporary scheme.

The first floor has it's own entrance and also has a pool table and darts, these are both popular when the venue does not have live music on. Monty's rock bar is legendary throughout the town and really pulls in customers, this aspect of the business should be retained and built upon.

Externally the pub is in good order and stands out from the street.
