The Maltster Worcester

Positioned in a prominent position within the popular Cornmarket area of Worcester town centre!

The Maltster is a popular, vibrant community pub that has sports, pool table, cask ales and live entertainment. This is a vibrant business with something to offer everyone, from locals, those shopping or looking for a weekend night out with live music. The Maltster has a steady established drinks trade which could be grown further through introducing a simple food offer and enhancing the current drinks portfolio and cask ale portfolio. Gaming machines provide a generous revenue for the pub. There is an reasonable sized, galley, catering kitchen on site providing the opportunity to introduce a simple pub classics style menu along with a lunchtime menu focus to capitalize on the passing trade from office workers and shoppers.

Trading Area & Facilities

Internally, the pub is an open plan operation with one main bar at the centre of the building. The trading areas through decoration and set up are cleverly zoned, a private drink can be enjoyed, at the same time large groups enjoying live entertainment or sports can be accommodated too. The Maltster is in good condition and décor throughout, however, in order to ensure the best experience for your guests, the pub will undergo minor repairs, completed by Star Pubs and Bars.

Externally, the pub has good kerb appeal with its two tone, coloured externals and great signage. There is an area to the front of the property which holds a pavement license, providing space that can be used for outside drinking. The branded barriers provide a true identity to the site and make this external area feel slightly unconnected from the passers by.

Private Accommodation

Private accommodation consists of Three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and office. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition, so that you can focus on your business.
