Just Add Talent is a lower risk and high support agreement which offers a 'foot in the door' to the leased and tenanted industry. With fixed in goings of only £4,000, you will be given the support and training you need to develop your skills and run a successful pub with Star Pubs & Bars.

Trading Area & Facilities

Internally the pub is in great condition. It is served by a single bar area with the trade area naturally split into dining and drinking areas through the clever use of furnishings and finishes.

Externally the pub has been upgraded with new lighting, signage and a spacious outdoor trade area with comfortable furnishings and festoon lighting - all ensuring maximum kerb appeal. An outdoor courtyard to the rear has been created which is accessible from the indoor dining room.
