The pub is situated in the affluent town of Sutton Coldfield, just outside the busy town centre.  It is slightly off the main drag and is mainly used by people living in the area, attracting a wide age demographic.  With the right operator and a compelling offer, the pub will attract a greater footfall from the high volume of residents and office workers within a short walking distance.

Trading Area & Facilities

The pub is one large open-plan trading area, roughly split into 3 sections: main bar, small dining area, and games area with pool table.  It is decorated in traditional style and is in good condition throughout.  The kitchen is in good working order and large enough to support capacity at site.

There is a small, attractive, covered patio area with picnic-bench style seating and a firepit which gives the option to BBQ.  A car park for approx. 13 cars.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, a lounge/kitchen and a bathroom. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition so that you can focus on your business.
