The Kings Arms is a traditional pub on the edge of the village Beal, located close to the river Aire in the heart of Yorkshire. The Kings Arms is a destination pub only 40 minutes away from Leeds city centre, popular with the older generation with scope to attract professional couples and families.

Currently this great village pub is frequented by many locals who visit for the fantastic food and broad range of drinks including cask ales. As there is a large outdoor area attached to the pub, there are great opportunities for al fresco dining and BBQ days.

The Kings Arms comes with a an up to date catering kitchen, the bar is complimented by two dining areas, one with 60 permanent covers and the other has 40 overflow covers for busy times. There is scope to double up one of the diners as a function room to offer something extra to your customers.

The pub is generally in good condition with a traditional country character. Outside there is a large car park and a dedicated beer garden, the introduction of a children's play area would help to attract more families.
