Keoghs Nottingham

City Centre Craft and Cask Ale Bar with Planned Refurbishment

The site is located next to the busiest shopping centre in Nottingham with very high footfall. Its prominent position is at a main junction, therefore the pubs incredible new design and name will easily standout and attract custom.

The newly refurbished Craft (name to be confirmed) will be transformed into a characterful yet quirky offering with a unique pub environment where customers can enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch. Its main attraction being a stunning alfresco terrace that will be extend the trading space and become a city centre focal point.

The pub will have a focus on craft and cask ales, with a beer tank display. A good coffee option would be great to welcome and attract the cafe crowd during the day, taking advantage of the high number of passing trade to the city of Nottingham.

We have researched into what will be successful in this area and proposed the design attached. We are also open to design input from an entrepreneurial candidate that has their own ideas and designs (this may also include a name change).
