Trading Area & Facilities

There is an investment planned for the Hollybush but it currently consists of a large open plan trading area that is segmented into two sections. One is currently used as a bar while the other is a lounge / dining area which is slightly elevated from the rest of the trading area. Both are serviced by a central bar servery. There is a large catering kitchen on site with the capacity of 50 plus covers. Outside to the rear of the pub there is a small partially covered area with the space for one bench style seat. Hollybush currently has bench style seating to the font of the pub which is popular in the summer months. There is a small car park to the side of the site for up to 5 cars.

The private accommodation at Hollybush consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, Kitchen, office and lounge area. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition, so that you can focus on your business.
