Hightown Hotel Hightown

Traditional Pub with a Modern Twist

An exciting refurbishment will transform The Hightown Hotel into a fantastic, stylish village pub while still maintaining its traditional roots. The refurbishment will involve a complete overhaul of the current space, upgrading the existing rooms and adding new indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The Hightown Hotel will be transformed into a traditional pub with a modern twist, offering a great range of drinks and delicious food.

The transformational works to The Hightown Hotel will attract the affluent residents of Hightown, as well as putting it on the map as a destination pub for visitors, walkers and cyclists looking for an easy escape from city life.

Great Location - The Hightown Hotel is the only pub in the affluent village of Hightown, near Liverpool. It is located close to the Sefton Coast, as well as Formby to the North, and Crosby to the South. Easily accessible by public transport, The Hightown Hotel is also a perfect destination pub for those taking days out in the country to escape city life.

Terrific Potential

Currently, The Hightown Hotel operates predominantly as a community-led outlet, something the incoming lessee will be able to capitalise and expand on. This combination will reinvigorate the pub, making it a great place to visit for a range of occasions. The fantastic beer garden will be connected to the lounge with new doors leading out onto a raised, decked area
