Large trading area one bar operation with traditional seating throughout with a separate area currently accommodating a full-size pool table. There is a fully equipped Kitchen on site, which caters for approx. 40 covers.  A large newly refurbished function room with dance floor, separate bar & toilet facilities. 
Outside trading to the front of the pub with bench, style seating, great for relaxing with friends and family.  Also, a large car park on site.

The private accommodation at High Acres consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a lounge area.  In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition, so that you can focus on your business.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
Note that on FRI Agreements deposits will always be 3 month's rent in advance and fixtures and fittings (F&F) must always be purchased.
