Trading Area & Facilities

Gaer Inn consists of two roomed trading areas, one is currently used as a bar with pool table and the other is a lounge area both served by separate bars. There is a large catering kitchen which is situated on first floor serviced by a food lift. Outside space consists of a large split level trading area, the upper space is covered while the lower part is a large grassed area both have benched style seating, ideal for families. The site has a large car park with space for up to 24 cars. Gaer Inn has 4 potential letting rooms at the Gaer Inn which do need upgrading but would provide another income stream to the business.

The private accommodation at Gaer Inn consists of 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, Kitchen and living area. In line with our Ready to Trade Promise, we will ensure the private accommodation is in good condition, so that you can focus on your business.
