The pub is based just off one of the main streets of the town and is surrounded by a vast amount of retail businesses. With multiple public transport routes and public car parks nearby, the Full Moon is situated in an ideal location.

The Full Moon currently benefits from steady evening and weekend trade. With its well-known music venue, additional revenue will come from arranging events and concerts. The pub also has a late license which allows the doors to be open until 2am on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Full Moon has recently had a slight refurbishment. Internally, the main trading area consists of a large open plan area with mixed seating with steps that then lead to further tables and seating. There is an extensive designated stage for bands, DJ acts and other entertainment.

Externally, the site has a conventional black and white aesthetic. To the rear of the pub is a small courtyard / smoking area which is hidden from street view.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom and a lounge and where required there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars Ready to Trade Promise.

The Estimated Licensee Fixtures & Fittings (F&F) Value assumes that the pub will be let on a Rolling Tenancy or Business Start-Up Agreement, where we own the majority of the F&F. The F&F Value for Full Repairing & Insuring Leases will be significantly more.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
