Trading Area & Facilities

Elephant & Castle trading area consists of a large u shaped room with Bar area at one end and Lounge area at the other both serviced by a central bar. There is a catering kitchen on site with the capacity of up to 50 covers. Outside at the back of the pub there is a garden area for alfresco dinning. The Elephant & Castle also has availability at the front of the building for 5 cars to park.

The calculation of the Estimated Minimum Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month's rent or £3,000 (whichever is greater) and that fixtures and fittings (F&F) are rented. The subsequent deposit build up and F&F rental costs are not included in the rent model or ongoing costs below.
