More Information

Amazing Location!

The Earl of Marchmont is a traditional Edinburgh tenement pub right in the heart of the highly desirable Marchmont area. The pub is on an impressive corner plot, surrounded by residential properties. The area is close to the Meadows, Bruntsfield and Morningside and is popular with students from the nearby Edinburgh Uni. The Meadows hosts many events and is stowed out at Festival time.

The Earl of Marchmont is a great community pub with a pavement licence and would benefit from having an imaginative operator who can fill the pub at all times with events and a strong social media presence.
